Service Description
The Topper Experience is a luxury, customized lace closure or topper installation designed for women seeking seamless volume, coverage, or enhancement with a natural, undetectable finish. This service includes a complete foundation prep with a luxurious shampoo, condition, and blow dry, followed by the professional installation of your topper using one of our advanced techniques — HD mesh lace sew-down or microlink bead application — for a lightweight, breathable, and secure fit. Your service also includes: • Precision braid-down or microlink anchor base (depending on method) • Custom topper placement and blending for natural scalp realism • Finishing style (silk press or soft body curls) • Light trim and detailing for a flawless blend Ideal for clients experiencing hair thinning, alopecia, or those desiring added fullness without a full sew-in. Additional Notes: • Premium toppers and raw hair pieces are available for purchase separately. • Maintenance is recommended every 4–6 weeks for longevity and scalp health. • Removal and reinstall services are available at an additional cost.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING, RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION AND SALE POLICY. Rescheduling or Cancellations: Must be made at least 48 HOURS prior to your scheduled appointment. Same-Day Cancellations: Will incur a fee of 50% of the total cost of the scheduled service. No-Show Policy: Failure to show up without prior notice will result in a fee of 100% of the total cost of the service, and no further appointments will be accepted. PUNCTUALITY: We ask that our clients arrive on time. A 20-miniute grace period is allowed but arriving later than this will result in a $30 late fee and may require rescheduling. GUEST: Please do not bring children or extra guest to your appointment. we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and efficient experience for all of our Flawless Clients. INSTALL FACTS AND FAQs *Guaranteed Hair Quality: Our Flawless Raw & Virgin Hair Extensions are the only hair we guarantee. *Deluxe Installs: Include both Flawless Raw Hair Extensions and the install. *Bringing your own hair: You are welcome to bring your own 100% raw or virgin hair to your appointment for your install service. *Quick Weaves & Ponytails: For these services, we recommend using 100% hair quality human pack hair or bundles such as Pink Lemon, Bobbi boss etc. *Service Details: Be sure to read the service details listed under each service.
