Service Description
This appointment is for clients who would like to view, feel, and purchase our premium raw hair extensions in person. During your showroom appointment, you will receive professional guidance to help you: • Select the best texture, length, and bundle quantity for your desired look • Understand proper care, longevity, and maintenance • Shop confidently before an upcoming install or wig service This appointment is for hair shopping only and does not include installation or styling services. The $25 fee is required to book and will be credited toward your same-day hair purchase. Additional Information • Appointment only (no walk-ins) • Deposit required • 24-hour cancellation policy applies • All Sales are final • This service is ideal for local clients who prefer to shop in person • Non-local clients may shop online anytime through our website
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING, RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION AND SALE POLICY. Rescheduling or Cancellations: Must be made at least 48 HOURS prior to your scheduled appointment. Same-Day Cancellations: Will incur a fee of 50% of the total cost of the scheduled service. No-Show Policy: Failure to show up without prior notice will result in a fee of 100% of the total cost of the service, and no further appointments will be accepted. PUNCTUALITY: We ask that our clients arrive on time. A 20-miniute grace period is allowed but arriving later than this will result in a $30 late fee and may require rescheduling. GUEST: Please do not bring children or extra guest to your appointment. we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and efficient experience for all of our Flawless Clients. INSTALL FACTS AND FAQs *Guaranteed Hair Quality: Our Flawless Raw & Virgin Hair Extensions are the only hair we guarantee. *Deluxe Installs: Include both Flawless Raw Hair Extensions and the install. *Bringing your own hair: You are welcome to bring your own 100% raw or virgin hair to your appointment for your install service. *Quick Weaves & Ponytails: For these services, we recommend using 100% hair quality human pack hair or bundles such as Pink Lemon, Bobbi boss etc. *Service Details: Be sure to read the service details listed under each service.
