Fresh Trim (Add-On Only)** Enhance your hair experience with our Fresh Trim add-on service. Perfect for clients looking to freshen up their natural hair before an install or following a treatment, this service ensures your hair is in optimal condition to meet your hair care goals. Our expert stylists will carefully trim or cut your hair, removing split ends and promoting healthy growth. *Note: This is an add-on service only, available to complement your primary appointment.* *All deluxe services includes a Trim.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING, RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION AND SALE POLICY. Rescheduling or Cancellations: Must be made at least 48 HOURS prior to your scheduled appointment. Same-Day Cancellations: Will incur a fee of 50% of the total cost of the scheduled service. No-Show Policy: Failure to show up without prior notice will result in a fee of 100% of the total cost of the service, and no further appointments will be accepted. PUNCTUALITY: We ask that our clients arrive on time. A 20-miniute grace period is allowed but arriving later than this will result in a $30 late fee and may require rescheduling. GUEST: Please do not bring children or extra guest to your appointment. we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and efficient experience for all of our Flawless Clients. INSTALL FACTS AND FAQs *Guaranteed Hair Quality: Our Flawless Raw & Virgin Hair Extensions are the only hair we guarantee. *Deluxe Installs: Include both Flawless Raw Hair Extensions and the install. *Bringing your own hair: You are welcome to bring your own 100% raw or virgin hair to your appointment for your install service. *Quick Weaves & Ponytails: For these services, we recommend using 100% hair quality human pack hair or bundles such as Pink Lemon, Bobbi boss etc. *Service Details: Be sure to read the service details listed under each service.
