Cancellation Policy
BOOKING, RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION AND SALE POLICY. Rescheduling or Cancellations: Must be made at least 48 HOURS prior to your scheduled appointment. Same-Day Cancellations: Will incur a fee of 50% of the total cost of the scheduled service. No-Show Policy: Failure to show up without prior notice will result in a fee of 100% of the total cost of the service, and no further appointments will be accepted. PUNCTUALITY: We ask that our clients arrive on time. A 20-miniute grace period is allowed but arriving later than this will result in a $30 late fee and may require rescheduling. GUEST: Please do not bring children or extra guest to your appointment. we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and efficient experience for all of our Flawless Clients. INSTALL FACTS AND FAQs *Guaranteed Hair Quality: Our Flawless Raw & Virgin Hair Extensions are the only hair we guarantee. *Deluxe Installs: Include both Flawless Raw Hair Extensions and the install. *Bringing your own hair: You are welcome to bring your own 100% raw or virgin hair to your appointment for your install service. *Quick Weaves & Ponytails: For these services, we recommend using 100% hair quality human pack hair or bundles such as Pink Lemon, Bobbi boss etc. *Service Details: Be sure to read the service details listed under each service.
